Refund Policy

In most cases, No refund will be granted once the payment is done. However, exceptions may be made based on the following circumstances:

  • Multiple payments for the same service.
  • If advance payment made for a particular service(eg., AMC) but the user wishes to withdraw from the service, the excess amount after surrender of the service would be refunded.

Note: Installation charge for any equipments/service would not be refunded. For online payments, it is important to note down transaction number for any refund related query. It would require 7-10 working days for any refund to initiate.
